Brooke has been practicing yoga since her early 20s as an act of self love and some much needed stability in her life. After 10+ years of practicing, she selflessly shares her story with her students while gently encouraging them to dig deeper into their practice.
Elliott has been practicing yoga for 15 years and is the newest addition to the New Moon team. His passion for the practice and his ability to give individual feedback made him the perfect match for our studio. Come check out his yoga flow class – this boy has vinyasas for days!
Alyssa is your go-to teacher for a good sweat. She teaches the sculpt and hot yoga classes and infuses each class with the perfect blend of calm and high vibe intensity. Her extensive background in dance led her to New Moon Yoga where she began as a student and quickly became a yoga instructor herself.
